The Global Trans Equity Project (GTEP) champions the dignity, rights, and well-being of transgender people globally by fostering inclusive communities and advocating for equitable health, educational, and technological systems.

We envision a society where racial, health, and education equity are the cornerstones of our community's well-being. We see a future where holistic health equity is accessible to all, supported by robust research and data analysis. Our vision encompasses a world where political, policy, and legislative advocacy leads to transformative, equitable, and inclusive outcomes for all Transgender and Non-Binary people.

Racial equity is more than DEI; it is about access, empowerment, and economic stability. We prioritize advocacy to address all aspects of racial equity ensuring that members of all races thrive.

Technology

We embrace the future, we recognize the importance of technology and artificial intelligence. And, we are dedicated to harnessing cutting-edge tools and strategies to empower and uplift Black Transgender Men in a rapidly evolving world.

The Global Trans Equity Project Founder

Dr. Elijah Nicholas founded GTEP (formerly 100 Black Trans Men, Inc.) in 2023. He expanded the advocacy and organization to become The Global Trans Equity Project (GTEP) in 2024. He is a visionary leader, retired senior military officer, and spiritual gem. Dr. Elijah has over 20 years of leadership experience and over a decade of executive leadership experience in nonprofit management. Dr. Elijah is dedicated to advocating for Transgender and Non-Binary people as well as veterans. He combines his expertise in leadership development, AI technology, and conscious-driven content creation to drive change and advocate for racial, health, and education equity within the Black Community. His commitment to compassion, ethics, and impactful leadership shines through in all his endeavors, from advancing economic mobility and stability to promoting holistic health equity. Dr. Nicholas is a transformative force, leading the charge toward a more equitable and inclusive future for all.
